Darn it!

DARN IT!

This film was produced for the Toronto Urban Film Festival (TUFF) 2015. The challenge was to make a one-minute silent film to be screened on television monitors on subway platforms of the Toronto Transit system (TTC) to an audience of over 1.2 million daily commuters.

DARN IT! was one of 63 films selected out of a total of 420 submissions from 43 countries.

The selected films were organized into thematic programs, and DARN IT! was included with eight other films as part of the program Austerity Now!

DARN IT! was also selected to be part of TUFF Beyond Toronto - Local Stories a select program of seven films that played every five minutes on screens in 43 shopping malls across Canada.

Screened like an ad, this mending story is an instructional video about how to not buy.
